Authentication Required | Yes or No. It is recommended that authentication is required, otherwise the emails will not reach their destination. |
Authorization Type | For your security and that of your users, only SSL, TLS certificates are accepted. TLS or SSL is recommended otherwise the emails will not reach their destination. |
Port | Connection port, secure ports only. |
User | User, usually in the form user@company.com |
Password | Password to access the client's mail. |
Verified (read only - automatic activation) | When saving configurations, this field indicates whether the configurations are valid or not. This field is automatically turned on if the configuration with the SMTP server is valid when adding or saving a configuration. Make sure that the Verified checkbox is automatically checked after Save. This field automatically indicates whether the settings are correct. If the field is not turned on, mailing will not work. In such a case, contact your mail service provider to request the correct settings. |
Test Email | Email for testing that is configured correctly. |
Send Email Confirmation | Button to send a test email to the email registered in the previous section. |
