There are no more rooms available for the selected period: # means that the reservation was sent but there are no more rooms of that type in Novohit and therefore the reservation cannot be registered. Check your Allotment - SmartAvail configuration and your over booking configuration in Novohit. You can also request an email alert to be sent to you in these cases.
