Vacation/Annual Leave Calculation Process

1. Vacation Projection Report
   
1. This report allows to determine the vacations corresponding to the current period.
2. Once the vacation periods of previous years have been recorded, they will be reflected in this report, and once the vacation calculation has been performed with Novohit, they will also be reflected.
   
2. Register Vacation Periods
   
1. In this process, the employee's vacation periods must be recorded, both the periods prior to the start-up of the system, as well as those corresponding to subsequent periods.
2. This step is required for the vacation calculation, the process can be automatic by selecting a worker and the system will calculate the period or periods that have elapsed. If you do not select any worker and press the "Update Periods" button, the following periods will be automatically calculated and/or the vacation days corresponding to the worker will be updated based on the information indicated in "Calculated Dt To".
   
3. Vacation Calculation and Settlement Statement
   
1. This process performs the vacation calculation for the selected period(s) and generates the corresponding settlement receipt indicating the employee's data and the information that the company wants to indicate dynamically.
