Catalog of Managers and Employees

This sub-module registers the information of the employees and managers that are part of the company.

The Applications that are Integrated:


  1. Define Managers and Employees Catalog: Enter the information of each employee as well as salary, fixed periodic benefits, department and position.
  2. Register Additional Employee Information: Defines the type of contract, assigns the health institution to which the employee belongs, as well as savings and credits.
  3. Register of Employee Family Members: Registration of family members for each employee considered for family charges.
  4. Register Massive Salaries and Variations: Allows the registration of Salary changes for all employees.
  5. Register Massive Periodic Fixed Transactions by Employee: Registrations or modifications of all employees of the Periodic Fixed Transactions.

The Reports:


  1. Summary Catalog of Managers and Employees: Displays the following information by department: Last Name and First Name, Tax Code, Type of Employee, Email, Position, Ult. Salary and Act.
  2. Catalog of Managers and Employees: Displays the information in the employee's file.
  3. Periodic Fixed Transactions Report: Displays the Periodic Fixed Transactions by registered departments.
  4. Salary Variations Report: Displays current and historical salaries.
