Reports: Catalog of Managers and Employees

Reports can be viewed on screen, printed, saved in PDF or sent to Excel.  To generate the reports the following actions are performed:

Go to: Human Resources → Catalog of Managers and Employees.
Select the report to be issued by clicking on the report name.
  1. Summary Catalog of Managers and Employees
  2. Catalog of Managers and Employees
  3. Periodic Fixed Transactions Report
  4. Salary Variation Report
Select the appropriate filters.
Click on the Show button.
The following is a list of the Master Reports of Managers and Employees that can be generated:

Description (Report/Fields)
Summary Catalog of Managers and Employees
Displays the following information by department: Last Name and First Name, Fiscal Code, Worker Type, Email Position, Last Salary and Actual; the parameters used to filter the information are:

  1. Show: Define which employees will be displayed:
    1. Enabled: Current employees and managers.
    2. Disabled: Employees and Managers who no longer work in the company.
    3. All: All Employees and Managers.
  2. Department: Select the department. You can also use All.
Catalog of Managers and Employees
Displays the employee's file information; the parameters used to filter the information are:

  1. Show: Define which employees will be displayed:
    1. Enabled: Current employees and managers.
    2. Disabled: Employees and Managers who no longer work in the company.
    3. All: All Employees and Managers.
  2. Department: Select the department. You can also use All.
  3. Display Detail List: Define whether to display all employee and officer information.
  4. Employee ID: select the name of the specific employee. If left blank, all employees are displayed.
Periodic Fixed Transactions Report
Displays the Periodic Fixed Transactions by department: the parameters used to filter the information are:
  1. Department: Select the department. You can also use All.
Salary Variance Report
Displays the variation of salaries by department: the parameters used to filter the information are:
  1. Department: Select the department. You can also use All.

In all reports where the Magnifying Glass icon is present, clicking on it displays a report with the transactions of the period that make up the account balance.
