No Equipment and Services are shown in the Spaces module.

You must configure all the Equipment and Services that you will use in the Spaces module for each Property/Company/Hotel.
In brief:
  1. Register the Equipment/Services catalog (as the case may be) in Configurations  Spaces Configuration → Define Equipment Catalog/Services Catalog (as the case may be) for use in Events.
  2. Assign Prices and Rates for each segment (including "No Segment") for each Equipment/Service (as the case may be) in Configurations → Spaces Configuration → Equipment Prices/Services Prices.
  3. In these same sections, depending on your tax policies, you should check if you need to add taxes. If your prices already include taxes, you should not do so. If they do not include taxes, you must enter the applicable taxes one by one (Equipment/Services). If they are itemized, do not choose the INCLUDED option. You can verify this by looking at the configurations in the Property/Company/Hotel base that was done together in the training ("Define Tax of the EQUIPMENT to Rent" and "Define Tax of the SERVICES to Rent").
  4. Register the same items (Equipment/Services) in the Point of Sales Product Catalog, for the Spaces Point of Sale. This is so that there is a mapping between the Equipment and Services of the Space Management module with what is actually going to be charged from the POS, remember that the charge is made via POS.
IMPORTANT: the system will ignore the prices that you define for EQUIPMENT and SERVICES in the Point of Sales Product Catalog, since it will take the prices according to the assigned rates.
