Spaces (Areas - Services - Equipment)
This module controls the operation of Events, Novohit Spaces systematizes the following processes and integrates them with the Back Office:
- Space Management: You can have control of Spaces and Areas, loading all the Spaces to verify their availability and thus have the options to close a sale of an Event according to its operation.
- Automation in the process of event quotes and service orders: Configuration of Areas, Services, Equipment and Events, allows the quotation to be immediate at the time of uploading an event and avoid making the quote in Excel, copying the tables to Word and then attaching this file or copying everything in a new email. The Service Orders optimizes the order for each area avoiding confusion or delays for the services of each event.
- Payment and invoicing control of each event: You can review the payment of each event, since it is managed in its own Point of Sale "Events". You can keep control of prepayments applied to each event. It has corresponding reports and able to check the status of each payment "Open" (not yet charged), "Paid" (accounts is paid); "Canceled" (payment is canceled). Payment forms are created according to your particular operation.
- Statistical information on spaces: Statistical reports on the sale of space and forecast, consult the use of spaces and take occupancy percentages.
- Integration with other modules: like all Novohit® applications, it integrates naturally with other operational and administrative modules. Integration with the Point of Sales module, to control payments for all events. Also integrated with Front Office modules. You can associate space reservations to room reservations, transfer charges to room accounts or Various Folios and invoice from own point of sales.
- Single-POS or Multi-POS: you can define one (single-pos) or multiple (multi-pos) cost/revenue center origins for Spaces. For more details, see SPACES Configuration (Areas-Events-Equipment) | Single-POS-vs-Multi-POS.
- Parameterization: adaptability and flexibility, Spaces Management allows you to create various operations for the management of spaces, gardens, lounges, offices and much more.
- Facilitates and supports the management of the Sales Area: when an EVENT is registered, it remains in the HISTORY of Events, allowing to search for REPEATING EVENTS of the Companies, such as end-of-year parties, training, having an online control of the prices and services offered.
- Availability control by days and hours.
- Handling of different types of rates according to the market to which the client belongs.
- Daily control of the event's consumption versus the booked amount, with the possibility of consolidating a single account at the end of the event.
