Out of Service Spaces

To take a space out of service you must do the following:
  1. Open the Spaces Management module and if you have several operations, select the one with the Space you want to take out of service is located.
  2. Click on the New Reservation button.
  3. An area will open where you can define Date, Time and Number of People.
  4. It is important to define the time, since the availability considers the time of use.
  5. Click on the Search button.
  6. Spaces will show the available spaces by area.
  7. You must click on the plus sign (+) button to select an area.
  8. Another section will open where you will choose the space or spaces to reserve.
  9. Each space must be added individually.
  10. Once the required spaces have been taken click OK.
  11. You will return to the previous screen where it indicates how many spaces are being taken for the reservation.
  12. Click on the Continue button.
  13. In the next step indicate the source of the sale, the options will appear according to the settings agreed with the company.
  14. Click on the Save button.
Up to this point it is the same as entering a new reservation, since an out of service space is handled as a reservation status, for this you only need to choose from the list of statuses the Out of Service field, click on the Save button.
