Operation Statistics

In this menu you will find the production reports of the agencies and companies, by default the reports are shown in PDF format, you also have the option to show them in XLS.
To enter the sales operation statistics, select: Front Office → Sales → Operation Statistics
Although the names of the reports indicate "by Agency" it should be understood that it is by agency or company. See manual: Register Agencies or Companies with Agreement.
All reports have the same structure allowing you to view the information in the same format with different data.
  1. A Season can be interpreted as a Rate Plan.
  2. A Rate Plan refers to Guest Plans (commonly meal plans).
  3. Guest Category is a way to differentiate the form of attention to the guest.
  4. Guest Type is a way of classifying a guest by the type of activity that brought them to the hotel.
  5. Sale Sources are the "channels" through which the reservation was generated.
  6. Rate Types PMS refer to the occupancy capacity of the room (Single, Double, Triple).
  7. Origin refers to the guest's place of origin.
The accumulated revenues of agencies are obtained by adding the charges applied to the Invoicing Concepts that add up for statistics, the rooms associated to each Agency. The accounting is done during the Night Audit. 

At the time of implementation, each Hotel decides which invoicing concepts are the ones that add up for statistics, this depends on the analysis strategy of management and can be modified over time. Commonly the concepts are: ROOM RENT, RENTAL ADJUSTMENTS, EARLY CHECK IN, LATE CHECK OUT, etc.
If there are negative RENTAL ADJUSTMENTS, these will be added in the accumulated for the Agency associated to the Room Type of the Registration (room in house), which will affect their statistics showing negative numbers in production. This is common when Front Desk personnel apply corrections (charges) erroneously and are not corrected intime by the Auditor (Person or Position that must audit the reports daily and validate this type of situation).

Production of Agency by Segments
This report allows you to view the production of all agencies and companies on a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
You can also show the production of only one agency or company.
The report shows agencies and companies grouped by segments.
Production of Agency by Periods
This report will show the production that has been generated in a specific period between two dates (Date from and Date to).
  1. You can also show the production of only one agency or company.
  2. The report shows the agencies and companies grouped by segments.
  3. The generated document will show the selected agency or company with the information accumulated in the search period.
Production of Seasons by Agency
This report allows you to view the production of the Seasons for each agency or company at a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
It can also show the production of only one agency or company.
The report shows the agencies and companies grouped by segments.
Production of Plans by Agency
This report allows you to view the production of the Plans for each agency or company at a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
You can also show the production of only one agency or company.
The report shows the Plans grouped by agency or company.
Production of Origen by Agency
This report allows you to view the production of agency and company Origins as of a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
It can also show the production of only one agency or company.
The report shows the origin for each agency and company grouped by segment.
Production by Guest Categories
This report allows you to view the production of the Guest or Service Categories as of a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
Production by Plans
This report allows you to see the production of all the Meal Plans that the hotel has at a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
Production by Guest Types
This report allows you to view the production by Guest Type on a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
Production by Sales Source
This report allows you to view the production and Sales Source at a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
Production by Rate Type
This report allows you to view production by Rate Type as of a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
Production by Origin
This report allows you to view the production of the Origin at a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.

Production of Origin by Period
This report allows you to view the production of Origin in a given period of time (date from and date to).
Production by Nationalities
This report allows you to view production by country as of a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
Production by Room Types
This report allows you to view the production of a room types at a given date.
The information is grouped into three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
Production by Room Type and Rates
This report allows you to view the production by combining the room type with the rate on a given date.
The information is grouped in three main columns: 
  1. Accumulated Daily.
  2. Accumulated per Month.
  3. Accumulated per Year.
The report shows the rates grouped by room type.
Production for Room Use
This report allows you to view production by room use.
Production by Package Types
This report allows you to view the production of packages that have been generated in a range of dates (Date from and Date to).
Also, for a specific reservation.
You can show the production of only one agency or company.
Show the production of only one type of package.
