Training Requirements - Local Training or E-learning Classrooms

General Requirements

  1. It is requested NOT to use radio communicators and cell phones that may distract the session, it is the responsibility of the CLIENT that the staff is not distracted by social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  2. Videoprojector and screen according to the capacity of the meeting room.
  3. Water service for participants. For trainings longer than 120 minutes, coffee should be available.
  4. Have the room ready 30 minutes before the beginning of the session for testing; THE CLIENT is responsible for having the equipment working on time for testing with the exhibitor.
  5. Participating personnel must be free of work responsibilities during the sessions to avoid distractions that could generate delays that fragment the learning process.
  6. No meetings will be held in public areas for any reason.
  7. In the event of late or last minute cancellations, the training will be considered as delivered and subject to additional cost for rescheduling.

Technical Requirements

Most modern PCs meet Novohit's requirements, however, take a few minutes to view the workstation requirements here.
  1. Firefox ESR: Each user must have a work PC (or maximum two users per PC).
  2. If you will take Novohit POS or SPACES training, you must install Palemoon following the instructions indicated in this link.
  3. All PCs connected via Ethernet LAN (using WiFi is not recommended as Ethernet LAN is faster and more stable). If there are no Ethernet LAN connection points, this point is optional.
  4. Optionally, they can attach a projector to the project leader's PC so that listeners can see on a larger screen what the trainer will be explaining.
  1. Participants should have microphones and headphones or good speakers and if all participants will be in the same room, at least one PC should have a microphone to interact with the trainer. 
  2. One of our remote connectivity platforms will be used:
    1. Novohit Meeting: a link will be sent for each session.
    2. Novohit Assist: a link will be sent for each session if necessary.
Without a complete working environment and guaranteed connectivity the training will not take place.

In the case of e-learning, our staff will send you a link to connect to our trainers' screen. Our software is compatible with Firefox and Chrome browsers on PC and Mac and has Apps for Android and iOS.
You can organize all this a few hours before starting the session to make the most of your time.

Note:

Although it is not recommended, you can use iPad or Android tablet, you must download the free TeamViewer App from https://get.teamviewer.com/novohit or Google Meet from the respective App Store or Google Play.
All the work to be done will be a teamwork between the client and Novohit, coordinated by our consultants in the benefit of increasing the value of your investment in our tools.
