Novohit PMS Upsell - Sale of Services Prior to Guest Arrival

Novohit Upsell is an additional functionality that allows the hotel to send automatic emails (or SMS) to the guest X days prior to check-in so they can purchase additional services or products.

  1. 13% of guests purchase upsell products prior to arrival, increasing revenue by $120 USD pesos per stay, Novohit Upsell allows them to capture that revenue.
  2. Adding pre-arrival upsell products/services increases a hotel's RevPAR by about 5%, Novohit Upsell enables them to increase RevPAR.
  3. 8 out of 10 guests consider purchasing at least one SPA service if it is presented prior to arrival, Novohit Upsell enables them to make that sale.

How does the Upsell tool work (add products, offers, services and transportation)?

Novohit Upsell allows you to offer Additional Services and Products or Transportation.

The hotel enables the services they wish to offer with prices and descriptions. For each type of upsell, the person in charge of each service receives an alert email. 
 
The guest can choose them at the time of check-in and pay at destination. We also give you the option to request a credit card as a guarantee.
