Sending Reservation Confirmation Emails
It is possible to configure Novohit to automatically send a room reservation notification to the guest.
The confirmation may not be sent, sent immediately or sent X days before the guest's Arrival date.
By default, Novohit sends reservations immediately when they are checked in and the guest's email has been captured.
If you wish to change this option, please place a ticket at help.novohit.com → Novohit Support → Front Office / Email Confirmations and request to change the sending parameter.
We remind you that you can also send it manually by going to Front Office → Reservations → Room Reservations → Select the reservation in question → Click on the "SEND EMAIL TO CUSTOMER" button.
The Email will be sent in the customer's language, or if this information is not set, in Novohit's language (language selector in the main menu).
