POS F&B and Retail

This module allows you to manage the cash operations of the different Point of Sales such as retail stores, restaurants, boutiques, among others. As well as the integration with the Spaces module: Spaces - Events - Equipment.

To operate in POS, you must assign a shift at the Point of Sales.

Point of Sales

Allows the registration of all operations associated with the Point of Sales, the system can be parameterized to operate in Restaurant, Retail or in Services such as Spa and/or Ticket Sales. This can be done through the POS Touch Screen application.
In case of having more than one Point of Sale, the application allows you to select the point of sales where you want to operate.
The Cash Control processes are:
            Opening, Printing, Payment and Invoicing of Accounts from the application.
            At the cash register of the Restaurant: Charging of Dishes, Discounts, Changes and/or Cancellation of Tables and Dishes.
            At the cash register of the Retail and/or Service Point of Sale: Charging of products or Services, Discounts, Changes and/or Cancellation.

Point of Sales Statistical Reports

In addition, it allows the visualization of transactions made on previous dates, where the detail of the products and consumptions that have been made are shown.
In case you have more than one Point of Sale, you can give the user access to the POS you want to operate.
This application will deliver in real time the operation record of each POS.

Recipe Cost (F&B) or Production Cost (Retail)

The integration of the Recipes of dishes/drinks, the calculation of the cost is done automatically with the registration of the merchandise purchased, as well as the automatic decrease of the products available in the inventory from the sale of each dish/drink.
In the case of POS Retail, it is possible to decrease the materials and/or items that make up the products sold.
